  • Open live theme from Online Store
  • Click on Customize button.
  • find App Embbed section and click.

  • Find Back in stock | Preorder block and enable it.

  • Go to PreOrder -> Settings & appearance.

  • Click on SAVE button.

Make sure to enable the "Continue Selling" option for the product.

How to customize "Notify Me" Button?

There are two ways to customize the Notify Me button:

1) Using App Block (Recommended for Online Store 2.0) : If your theme supports Online Store 2.0 and you've added the app block to your product page, you can customize the Notify Me button directly from there.

2) Customizing within the App : If you haven't added the app block to your product page, you can customize the Notify Me button within the app itself.

  • Open theme from Online Store
  • Click on Customize button.
  • Open product page from top of the dropdown and find product information section from sidebar and find Add block option.
  • Find Back in stock notifire block and click on block.
  • Click on app block to customize button settings.
  • Drag the section for change place of widget.
  • Find Customize Notify Button section.
  • Change button text, position and colors.



2) Customizing within the App

If you want to notify button location as per your need, then you can do it with this optiop

  • Go to app -> Back In stock -> Notify Button.
  • Here, you can change everything about notify button
  • Also, you can change button position for desktop and mobile too.

  • Check, if you want hide buy now button when notify button is shown on product page.

Fully customizable notification email body with variables.

How to customize Notify Email?

Text editor to set HTML code/ design email body.

  • Go to app -> Email Templates.
  • Customize wording and image.
  • Click on "Preview" to see email body

  • Change subject and from name as per your need.
  • To change from email and replay to email, Contact us on support@blessifyinfotech.com
  • You can incorporate listed Liquid variables into your email body. These variables will be dynamically replaced with their original values when previewed or send email to customers.
  • After customize email body, click on "Send Test" button. Test email will send on store owner email address.
  • Select Email template as per your requirement.

Enable / Disable

You can temporarily pause sending notifications to your customers. Note that pausing notifications will not stop customer requests from being received; it will only halt the sending of notifications.

  • Go to app -> Back in stock -> Settings.
  • Enable / Disble to send notifications.
  • Set a minimum quantity to trigger notifications. For example, if you set the threshold to 5, notifications will only be sent when the subscribed product quantity is 5 or more.

Here, you can set some automation settings when customer subscribed product.
  • Set the email address where you'll receive notifications when customers subscribe to out-of-stock products. For instance, if 10 customers subscribe to the "Multi Color Umbrella" product, you'll receive a notification at the designated email address.
  • Auto-create new customer? If enabled, a new customer account will be automatically created in your store when a customer subscribes to a product, and they will be assigned a specific tag.
  • Auto-add tags to products? If enabled, subscribed products will be automatically tagged, allowing you to easily identify them with the added tags..

Set Thank you message or close popup
  • Here, you can select "Close" If you don't want to show to your customers after subscribed product
  • Select "Show Thank You Message" If you want to show thank you message to your customers after subscribed product

If any customer has request for restock notification while product status soldout then on update product stocks app will get the instant request on update inventory the same time notification will be sent to customer with item name.

When will I be charged?

Shopify manages all charges according to your agreed-upon billing schedule. We don't have control over the exact date and time of the charges.

When does the counter reset?

The counter resets on either the plan upgrade date or the installation date.

Will I be charged automatically?

No, plan upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations require manual action in the Pricing Plan tab.

What happens when I reach my plan limit?

When you reach your plan limit, we'll send an email notification. If you don't upgrade, email notifications will be paused, and the preorder button will be disabled on product pages.

Can I use a custom email for sending notification?

Custom email usage varies by plan: free plans don't allow custom emails, while premium and gold plans do.

Can I resend notifications infinite time?

Yes, you can resend notifications via the Reports tab an unlimited number of times, regardless of your plan.

How to use a custom email if I'm using paid plan

To use a custom email with our paid plan, you'll need to contact us to initiate the process. We'll send a verification email to your custom email address from Amazon Web Services. Simply click the verification button in the email, and then contact us again to complete the setup.

Can I use different form designs for mobile and desktop?

Yes, you can use separate templates for your subscriber form on desktop and mobile devices.

Does your app display any app branding?

No, there is no app branding in our app. You're free from any branding, allowing for a clean and focused experience.
